Where is best to buy online?
Discussion
I have a few £££ given as gifts for Christmas, and decided to treat the cerbera to some goodies. I have looked all over for some decent detailing products in local motorfactors, Halfwitts etc however all they seem to sell is £10 turtlewax and similar rubbish.
Can anyone recommend me the best online retailer for products such as dodojuice, zymol etc.? (A one stop shop for everything I might want).
I know I could just google it etc, but I thought Id ask you guys for your opinion.
(or alternatively if anyone knows anywhere near Newcastle that sells the stuff)

Thanks for that.
Not sure really, but lookig for a decent synthetic wax (for first coat), decent carabuna wax (for final coat),wheel protection wax, new wash mit & towel. Anything else?
I have another week of work so decided to spend a week giving the car a bit of attention. I'm quite a novice and just heard good things about dodojuice and zymol, however not really wanting to spend silly money.

Dodo are very good products - some new ones coming very shortly, so might be best to hang fire for now.Not sure really, but lookig for a decent synthetic wax (for first coat), decent carabuna wax (for final coat),wheel protection wax, new wash mit & towel. Anything else?

Zymöl - more over priced, over hyped than substance, but still decent enough products on a product basis.
Once price is factored in, then the likes of Dodo, Victoria, Raceglaze, and others trounce them in reality.
As for synthetic wax - you mean sealant.
Don't fall into the trap of believing you need a sealant, which then needs to be topped with a wax - that's a bandwagon many jumped on because of others believing they could see the minutae of difference in appearance a wax layer adds to a sealant.
If you want the best of both worlds - then Bilt Hamber Autobalm has it, as well as fillers to mask swirling (maybe not all, depending on how bad it is) or the hybrid carnauba wax that is Collinite.
But as said above, Dodo have a new sealant (Red Mist) designed to be used as a topper over the 2-3 layers of wax already on the paintwork, in the same way Zaino Z-8 is used as a topper over it's (or others) own range of sealants.
Personally, if going Dodo, I'd look at their wax and red mist, with lime prime lite for a bit of extra depth/wetness, and the Bilt Hamber Autoclay and Autowash.
Dodo also have some very special wash mitts coming shortly as well, so perhaps a direct order from their website would work on that basis, leaving the Bilt Hamber from theirs.
Food for thought.
http://www.detailedobsession.co.uk/ is good for dodo juice or http://www.carnaubawaxshop.co.uk/
both give very good advice and quick service

I have used these guys a few times http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/ pretty much one stop shopping from shampoo, clay, polish to cloths and wash mits
Can I just ask is there any product to use after I've done all the prep(of claying, fillers or glaze, then carbuna wax) that I can put on top to seal the wax. Or is it a case of lots of coats of carbuna and topping it up? Would this be called a sealant?
Have been looking at Gtechniq to do this for me?

Thanks for all the replys, in the end found www.nedetailing.co.uk who have a place just upon the road from me, with showroom and shop.
I was spoilt for choice, they had Zymol, Dodojuice etc. Spend a good hour chatting about the best products for my car and came home happy with a big box of goodies.
In the end, went for a full zymol Titanium set, which had everything I was after in one box.
They even opened up especially for me, so big thumbs up.

You're talking about their C3 - yes, would work, as would Zaino Z-8, or Dodo's new Red Mist.Have been looking at Gtechniq to do this for me?
