Channel 4 & Channel 5 missing from Sky

Just noticed that channel 4 & channel 5 are not available on my sky service anymore.

I think the wife turned the whole lot off at the plug last night, not just via the remote as per normal.

Any ideas on how to get them back ?

Leave it for 48 hours. They will come back. Something to do with encryption.
