Tracking settings?

Oh and FWIW I have tried various other settings but have gone back to these as being the easiest to drive on both on the road and on a track.

Are these the same for 16 Inch OE wheels and also the 18 Inch Spiders?

It should be.

You still want everything pointing the same directions.

Plus the tyre widths will also be 225 and 245 with the 16's and the 18's (won't they?).

I think you are right, I only had to change the geo on my old impreza when I put prodrive springs on it which lowered the right height slightly.. I certainly would not want to lower the right height on the Cerb!..
