Sadly you just missed out on a meet today MissH
See Here
But they're an active and friendly bunch here in the East Midlands, so keep posting here and get to know us, and you'll quickly spot the next meet - which is usually at the starting point of the run on the thread I linked to.

We have White Hart Classic Cars once per month (as if I need reminding yet again that I've GOT to buy a Classic before March!)
Also a fortnightly pub meet at lots of places around Derbyshire. smile
We also have run outs like the shed run, also ones that are faster too.

Lots of meets and we are all friendly biggrin All ages from like 17 - 70 etc. Doesn't matter what you drive all are welcome, I look forward to seeing you come new year!

Car based but there are a few of us with bikes, so on a nice day it would be rude not to smile

There is something in Kimberley/Eastwood too, some pub called MCD or something confused, apparently they have regular bike meets. Also in Kirkby in Ashfield you have Stewarts Motorcycles bow, wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. Lovely chap.

PS, Sorry about the thread hijack Miss H, the Midlands bunch are great folks, we had our Chrimbo dinner on the 16th - 27 'nutters off the internet' all having a very civilised curry thumbup

Fast car magazine promises so much but seems to ignore its title somewhat.

nearest bike night to me is The New Inn, Barton Under Needlewood on sundays with a free BBQ. smallish thing but civilised except for the usual three tits on gsxrs trying to wheelie up & down the road.

There's also the summer meetings in Ashby Folville. Lots of bikes. Lots and lots of bikes. And a steam engine. And a 1913 Grand Prix car. And...

I must try and attend some Phead meetings in the new year. I will try...
