My husband said I needed one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/feature.html/ref=pe_175... - I don't know what he means. I'm perfectly happy with my little one in my bedside cabinet.

Are we talking the vibro-esq trainers? If so having seen the results on the mates missus, I can vouch for their results> However she is pretty bang on, and does it every day.

I didn't understand the reference to the OP's 'one in the bedside cabinet'.

Those 'wobble plate' things have been proven to be utterly ineffective. I'd suggest that anyone who claims success with them (Madonna included) had alternative factors which toned their body.

I went on a vibroplate at Costco and felt quite sick.

I think all it could really do is (minimally) strengthen your core as you have to to stabilize yourself while being shaken around.

I had a quick go on my mates mums one. Feels wierd. I can think of better ways to spend my time.

Colour me confused.

I can think of only three scenarios :

1) OP is a halfwit, and linked to the wrong page, in which case, we can assume she meant to point to some Cod wholesaler

2) She's a fat biffer, and the page linkage is entirely correct, but that would beg the question, "why would you advertise said fact"

or
3) She's unsatisfied, and linked to the Rabbit Ultra Deluxe (yes, the clear one, girls, but this one's mains powered) and the website's changed it's layout since she posted.

or 4) She's not actually fat, or in need of one of these machines. The op's other half was obviously feeling brave or stupid, but luckily the op has taken it in good humor, and is possibly still considdering one anyway (for some strange reason).

Given the OP's second sentence, my money's on 3)

Unless she has a TENS machine in the chest of drawers.

My money is on 4.

She's only referring to her smaller vibrator in her bedside drawer because she was talking about a huge vibrator. i.e. the exercise machine.

Woah, 1 & 2 are a bit below the belt, i'd go with 4)

Still think he's a cheeky bd for even suggesting one, whatever it might be biggrin

I thought it was a direct comparison thing. Didn't realise the link between the alleged need for a treadmill and the resultant LACK of need for the bloke who suggested it in the first place.

Cheque, please...

Sorry folks my warped sense of humour, I was lying and my OH didn't suggest anything I just received an email from Amazon that linked me to Vibrating Exercise Machine and thought who on earth would waste their money on buying one of these to lose weight.
