Cointeau is about the nicest drink ever and only have ever had the best times ever on it. Whisky has seen me 'removed' (very regretably) by the bib (never to be touched since). Generally chatting to people and most can relate to certain drinks making them agressive, and others making them life/sole/silly? What other drinks help you to guarrante a good night out?

Grand Marnier is a much nicer 'orange' product than Cointreau IMO. The latter is ok for cocktails, but GM far superior for drinking straight.

how can you move a topic about druncken antics to "food and drink"??? it took three Riot vans and £800 in repairs after a night on the lash (evil frikin whisky)!!

Gin and Bitter Lemon and whiskey and dry ginger are two of my favourites.

I can't take tequila or Aftershock

Cointreau on ice is great but I probably only have it once or twice a year, I'm not really a spirit drinker.

Ooh I had a bad experience, one I remember all too clearly
I used to drink it whenever we went out, Cointreau and lemonade with ice, gorgeous,
One night I had too much, spent the next day looking at the limescale in the loo my mum had missed.
Never drank it again til a couple of years ago yet it had lost it's magic, best left to an era in my past life

I don't think I have found a fail safe drink yet, G&T I thought was the ultimate no hangover drink, til my body got used to it....
I do like a drop of whiskey at the end of the night lick

Taaaaaa-Quila!

If you want a riot. Good fun though.

For a civilized evening and not too bad a head, I prefer red wine.

A riot is always the first suggestion for a word my phone comes up with if I ask a mate do you fancy a pint? laugh

Jamesons, please.

But not vodka. Oh no. Turns me inside out, and I will fall off the floor.
