It's not one of these:

but you'll notice that the delta box part of the frame is identical.
That, and the headbadge style, date it to 2004, when Saracen was a proper builder of decent mountain bikes, all handbuilt in Warwick, rather than a purveyor of imported tat flogged through Halfords.
I have a Saracen Traverse of that vintage, and the frame is a light, tough and rideable bit of kit, but apart from the brakes the components were all crap. Not a problem you'll have. obviously.

Calliper looks like an old hayes 22mm mount, also I'm not sure saracen were making great bikes in '04 - they did the addiction in circa 2000-2002 but that's about it. Their old hand built stuff stopped being built around 97, they had lovely steel "killi" hardtails back then. killi-flyer, killi-ultra etc.
I don't know what the yellow frame is, but it's been ages since URT's have been used for full sus (except Mr Big), likely to just be a cheap no-named frame with a saracen badge unfortunately. Sorry.
