308 exhaust and manifolds

Has any body ever fitted a set ? Got the old ones out with the help of a cutter so how do i get the new ones in ??? Do they go in from the top ? the bottom ? do I have to raise the engine ?
Was looking forward to the sound of the new sports exhaust but so far all I`ve heard is swearing.......must be an easy way to do this.

The first (back) manifold is on, had to remove the top engine mount/stay and also the handbrake mecanisum and the water tank, drain the oil and remove the dry sump pipes and the manifold just droped in place from the top...... After undoing the bottom engine mounts and putting the trolly jack under the engine and raising it an inch.
simple job, makes note to myself... garage, cheque book, pub lunch.
On to manifold 2 (front) the tricky one to get at.
