Would you recomend buying a manifold from a breaker?

Also i my n/s/r spring has gone, does anyone suggest an upgrade or to just replace the originals.

I dont want to buy dampers as well!

HELP!

My car is going in for a new clutch at a garage i know!

I also want them to fit new springs but not sure whether to stick with original BMW or upgrade EIBACH etc?????????????????????

Popular and cheap are the Boge lowering spring kits from GSF.

If you have a sport, then you have fancy shocks already on there, what used to be a Bilstein sportline kit, which are yellow rather than black.

Your shocks are likely to be about 10 years old plus, so it might be coming to the time to freshen them up anyway.
