Crimestoppers - like playing Guess Who!

Just looked on the Crimestoppers website - they have a most wanted section which you can sort by your area. Thought I might be able to earn some bounty by catching a criminal or two but the pictures supplied aren't the best..for example

I got off to a great start - straight off I manage to identify Arsene Wenger as the perpetrator of a local robbery...



But will anyone genuinely be caught as a result of this picture???
