Baldies / Hair Dressers

I have a bit of a baldy bonce, and my old clippers are about to give up the ghost.

Anyone have any recommendations for some new ones ? I clip my own hair down to the wood twice a week and buzz my beard off whilst I'm at it (can't be bothered shaving every day).

Is it worth forking out for proper ones they use in a shop, or are they just for non stop use ?

I have a set of rechargeable Remingtons for such duties.

That means I can go out onto the decking and give myself a haircut, free of the plug socket, and the wind takes the clippings away.

I'm a balding sod. Wife gives me a number 0.5 every week.

I use ceramic bladed Scherna clippers, bought from Argos IIRC.

Really good pieces of kit.
