I guess Dakar are doing it with their own team and then sending it out to broadcasters to commentate on ?

I'm thinking Nassar Al Attiyah for cars and whoever the Kamaz crew is for the trucks. Not sure about bikes.

I had a passenger ride with Nasser Al-Attiyah last year, and the guy's immense. He won three FIA championships in 2008, and I reckon he'll take the Dakar too.

Mitsubishi need to win it as the word on the street is that they will be pulling out after the Dakar. Having said that, Attiyah in the BMW is pushing hard and barring accidents, I would be suprised if he doesn't take the title.
