Tuscan Brake Lights?

Hi.

I have a 51 plate Tuscan which has been wrapped up for 6 weeks. When I now put the ignition on the brake lights are permanently on, irrespective of the pedal position.

Has anyone had a similar problem? any ideas?

Possibly a problem the brake light switch which is behind the alloy coloured pedal box cover.

Yes its a little plastic microswitch with an thin metal arm and plastic roller on the end. You may need a new micro switch or may need to fiddle about with the position of the arm which bends too easily on mine.
