Started it already. Had no booze or chocolate since Saturday (thats a long time for me). Gonna have a "few" tonight, then back onto the diet.

Full January without alcohol, ill probably last until the 7th.

I thought about starting a new year diet, but then I really enjoy my food & my sitting about watching the telly at night lifestyle. So although I am probably 5 stone overweight, I dont have the motivation to do anything about it.

My belt buckle prong won't reach the second hole like it did before Christmas and the bathroom scales has reached new heights frown

Back to the gym in desperation on Monday - trouble is, we still seem to have a lot of Christmas grub to finish off....

I've seen all the hype on these, but can then actually help improve your fitness levels?

Why not? You're moving about frantically, it increases your heart rate and breathing. Build up a nice sweat.

I fancy getting one, had a go on my nieces machine the other day and it was great fun! I'm more of an Xbox man, but the Wii surprised me, it was a laugh! I saw an advert for a snowboarding game which looked quite good.
