Afternoon,

I ordered one of these TV's for a planetery computer shop on Sunday. I have phoned today to check when I can pick it up to be told by the customer services dept that they are completely out of stock and she has instructed me to go in and 'have a word' with the store I ordered it from as apparently they have been out of stock since before Sunday.

What can I do, go in complain and get my money back or try and get a similarly specced TV that will obviously be more expensive, but since they let me order a TV that was already out of stock completely, will they give me a similar specced TV for no more money or will I need to take a persuading device with me hehe

Any thoughts?

Don't see the problem. It's out of stock and you have it on order. You might get your money back but there is no way they'll give you a better TV for the same price.

Thats good to hear, I've heard mixed reviews about it, but thught at that price it's worth a punt.
