Don't normally drink but i thought I'd give it a go tonight. The only problem is that i cant get to sleep as mt rooms spinning and i feel a bit Moby Dick. Any solutions would be much appreciated

You've actually made the mistake of not drinking enough!!

Keep drinking until your body makes itself go to sleep biggrin

Put one foot on the floor then try sleeping. Normally works for me.

Oh and don't worry, "stop the world please I'd like to get off" moments happen even to the best of us.

All part of the fun.

Another good one is to turn the telly on (if you have one in your room) as it gives you something to focus on!

All sorted wink

Unlike your room spinning.

All the tips above are all valid. The pint of very cold water works for me.
