Do you walk with your arms straight down or, bent at the elbow?

Do you consciously pull your shoulders back?

Then I am practically mincing along (see the speed walking event) so I guess I'm swinging my arms like a right loon...biggrin

I don't walk at all. I'm just watching you from a much more distant shadow.

No one in my office so I done a quick dander round the desks and it appears I favour the arms slightly bent approach, with an occasional bout of hands in pockets - which kinda sounds dodgy!

elbows straight and shoulders back. I seem to bounce off the ball of my foot too much when I walk. I've never noticed it and it's given me fookin massive calf muscles, which the laydees love.
