avalanche racing shocks
Discussion
You'd be best asking on either www.ridemonkey.com or a relevent section on www.mtbr.com which are both USA based biking forums.
I've never ridden an Avalanche shock'd bike but you do get some huge fans of them on other forums.
I'd check servicing etc as if you have to post them back to the USA it'll get expensive. Worth giving Tim at www.tftuned.com a call as he's pretty good for impartial advice and has actually stopped a few mates spending big money at his store when they've called up to buy, purely as he didn't think it would be worth it.

i had one a few years back.
Its massively heavy, easily twice the weight of a standard shock, its very well made too.
As for performance, its hard to compare, it was the only shock i had on that bike, while it performed well, i'd say it lacked abit sensitivity campared to most others but coped with big impacts extremely well. Mojo serviced mine no problems,
