I met Lovejoy at a gravestone consecration a couple of weeks ago. A very decent chap.



FYI. The guy who died was the chap who with Lovejoy came up with the idea for the show. Lovejoy referred to him as 'The Gooner in the gallery', in the early series of Soccer AM. The poor guy died aged only 41.

Yeah Soccer Am hasn't been the same - I don't watch it anymore. I think it's on Sky One now? I use to always get up on a Saturday to watch it for an hour or 2.
