Just had the first prospective purchaser round (thanks PH) and just remembered how miserable it makes you feel. You spend half a day cleaning, polishing and checking for someone else to salivate over while you stand there thinking this is too good to sell, why am I doing this. Maybe I should put the wife on PH. Spending the morning polishing her up may make me appreciate her more!

I have sold so many cars that I have restored & always regret it, I never seem to be able to get a car in as good condition as the ones I sell, only advise I can give is dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trouble is I've run out of space! With 2 Griffons (one a V8), a TVR and a Passat, I'm having real trouble justifying it all to the wife.

No, I got the first tiv with some of the small change she left me with AFTER...

Cars are cheaper, always there when you arrive home, and you can turn off the noise.

On the other hand...they can both be rented.
