Gordon Brown on Andrew Marr now - delusional?

I can’t believe what I’m hearing on the Andrew Marr Show on BBC1 right now – Gordon Brown insists he has done nothing wrong, he has mentioned the US having started the credit crisis at least half a dozen time, he stated that he has been pleading with other country’s for the past 10 years to implement stricter regs, as he obviously seen this coming etc etc.
Essentially, he is blameless, and it’s every other country’s fault but his! He has mentioned ‘Global’ at least 20 times in 10 minutes!

Do people actually swallow this?

The Labour Luvvy media like to refer to government funding, government spending, government job creation, and so on. Government does nothing of the kind, taxpayers fund central spending and pay public sector wages, via wealth creators and real job creation. As you say, the best that a government can do on that score is as little as possible. Given the lefty love affair with big government and interventionism, fat chance of that right now or at any other time regardless of le creunch.

The con-tricks are wearing thin. Another term of incompetence for Brown and the Bunglers is highly unlikely. The best they can imagine right now is a coalition with the LibDims and that's highly optimistic.
