Forza 3 - when?

Hey folks,

Anyone know much about when (or if) Forza 3 is coming out? I love Forza 2 and it's by far my most played game, it comes back out the box when others are long gone!

I've just been trawling play.com to find some bargains and came across CM: DiRT for £25. Any opinions on this game as a time filler between now and Forza 3?

Race Pro which is coming out Feb 09 a demo is supposed to be appearing on xbox live mid Jan,this game is made by simbin and cud well be as good as Forza if not better but as with all these games we'll just have to wait and see

Although Race Pro as you say should be pretty good it is all racing cars, Forza series has road cars too. So not really the same "type" of game.

I've read on the fm.net boards that development work is already underway on F3. The release date has not been announced, (wiki states "TBA 2009") but it's likely that they'll want to get it out before GT5 hits the shelves next Christmas. Since this is the second title to be released on the 360, they won't have to reinvent the wheel (or physics/rendering/tracks) so more of the dev work will be concentrated on getting the 400 cars done.

Not that I know by any facts at all, but I would agree with the above and say that we will see a release date as and when GT5 starts to appear for the PS3.

After the personal dissapointment that PGR4 was to me, it is good someone else is getting a go......just maybe not Turn 10 IMO

Get on with Forza 3 !!

Someone from Microsoft was up at Millbrook about 6 months ago strapping all sorts of things to an Aston DBS and taking readings from it, they didn't mention what the data was for, but I was hoping (day dreaming) Forza 3 was going full steam ahead ??

Surely (in an ideal world) MS will want Forza 3 ready for a GT5 battle ?

I can't imagine anything but that being the main aim!
It'll be interesting to see what happens with release dates...

The cover was done by a FM.net poster as part of a competition, but the race posters might be legit...
