What would your last meal be?

I've searched and it appears I'm not reposting. So without further a do, what would it be?

I think mine would be an oriental roasted meat platter with duck, belly pork, char siu and soy chicken, with chinese greens, oyster and garlic sauce and fluffy rice. Chili dipping sauce both sweet and extremely hot.

Beef and ale pie, with a nice puff pastry, some nice boiled spuds, peas and my rubber halfs gravy, mainly because her gravy is nice and thick and you can use it all, not like some of the watery gravy you sometimes get in pubs/restaurants!

A seafood extravaganza!

The best sushi money can buy, including ikura (salmon roe), uni (sea urchin roe), mackerel, sea bass, bream and tuna belly.

Oysters, fresh with just a little lemon.

Scallops, with garlic butter.

Lobster and a heap of caviar as well!

(Think it would be my last meal if I ate all that!)

Slowly roasted NZ Lamb on the bone until the meat falls apart. This further cooked in caramlised wine juices and stock.
Failing that a Mays pie from Timaru NZ

...oysters at least a dozen....then a very good steak (sirloin....medium rare to rare) with fries and salad....then some good cheese (blue) followed by a creme caramel (perfectly made)....and of course some good wine...Petit Chablis with the oysters and a Burgundy with the steak....then coffee with perhaps a Marc de Champagne...that should set me up for the after-life....;-)

Without a doubt, sausage and mash.

Proper porky sausage from either Maynards of Market Drayton, or Wenlock Edge Farm. And Mrs M's lightly buttered, mustard mash with a drizzle of her treacly dark onion gravy.

Accompanied by a pint of Marstons Owd Rodger.
