Villa Rental in Orlando?

Looking at renting a villa in Orlando for a couple of weeks in April. Has anyone on here done it, where did you rent it from? Any recommendations?
Must have a pool too.

Seriously considering going in a hotel this year.

We have friends that moved out there years ago and offloaded their villa rental business at the end of 2007.

Spoke to them over Christmas with this exact question and there have been quite a few cases of people arriving to find a 'foreclosure' sign on the door!
