Help: Has anyone got a commerical property in South London?

I'm doing a photoshoot this Saturday with 2 models and my Camaro and am looking for a commercial unit/workshop/warehouse to do the shoot in. The more dilapidated the better but would be nice if it had heating or power given the temperature outside but I can always hire some heating. It needs to be at least big enough to get 4 cars in to allow space to shoot and put lights up. I'm based in Croydon so anywhere round here would be great.

...but is inspired by Death Proof so will be colourful and a bit 70s looking.

I will need the space for no more that 4 hours this Saturday 10th January, can be flexible on start and end times. I'm willing to pay.
