400se wheels on a 350
Discussion
It is possible to fit the OZ wheels onto a 350 but tyre choice will also play a part in working out the clearance issues, stick with 205-50's on the front and a maximum of 215-50's on the rear and you probably wont have any problems.
The SE models have a slightly larger wheel arch diameter and also have a lip on the edge of the arch hence why they can use 225's.
I have 215's on the front but had to alter the front edge of the arch to prevent minor rubbing, the rears are using 235's and will possibly need a little arch profiling depending on how the forthcoming suspension upgrades work out.
Hope that helps
