I just wondered how you became a Master Tradesman with 6 months experience? lol

He was doing his parents garden the other day and put bricks straight on to the lawn, once the concrete drys it will fall apart when you walk by... What a master of his trade.

What d'you mean, he started building the wall on top the grass?
I've seem many many bodges but I've never seen that!

Years ago they obviously had to build off the ground. My Gran's house is 120 years old, and built straight on the natural clay. They Dug footings about a foot deep until they hit the hard solid clay, and laid the first course on that.
