I know they are supposed to make a decision on the fairness of the charges or something in the coming weeks. I know I have maybe missed the boat on getting my charges back, but what chances do I have of getting them back now?
To be honest I'm not expecting or counting on a penny but I might as well try as I have paid thousands of pounds of charges over the years..
over to you..

I have to say I did this when it all kicked off and got £1,112 baack from my bank and it only took 8 weeks and three letters.
Do it yourself using some of the guides out there, it works.
BEst bonus ever.
I used to be an absolute NIGHTMARE with all of my accounts, and therefore was being charged all the time for being overdrawn (mainly due to forgetting to transfer money from one account to others to pay for bills, etc.Do it yourself using some of the guides out there, it works.
BEst bonus ever.
I submitted a claim through a 3rd party and got just oer £3,000. BUT had to pay 15% to the 3rd party for their work.
As JonX2C says, do it yourself, there are plenty of templates for the letters on the web.
Good Luck, and make sure you let us know how you get on.

They didnt tell me where to go because at the end of the day I was pumuping a healthy salary into it every month.
All they do is give you a pat on the back, well done you screwed us, Now sign this bit of paper which shows you are happy for us to give you the money and you are now aware that these bank charges are in place so if you do go over drawn we will charge you and you wont be able to claim it back again.
End of story
It is on hold, but you can only claim for the last 6 years' worth of charges. If you put in a claim now, then you will get a letter telling you the complaint is on hold. However, your complaint will have been registered so as and when the case is decided, 6 years from the date of complaint will be looked at.
