Evening all, can anybody enlighten me as to which parts bin the windscreen wiper motor on the 400se’s came from?

Thought it was TR7 modified

On my 83 Tasmin the motor looks like TR7 but the park switch is in a different location on the motor. This is because the TR7 has twin wipers and does not need to sweep as far. I don't know if the motor on the TVR is straight from any other car without modification. I know I could not source a new park switch for mine and ended up modifying a TR7 one.

My Lucas dealer (Liverpool) re-conditioned mine. It was by far cheaper than replacing it whole. Try approaching your local dealer to see what they can do.
