Ferrari 360 (pre-2002) F1 ECU Upgrade

Hi all
I've been told that the pre-2002 F1 boxes were not that great on the 360s.
I currently have a 1999 Modena and have been quoted £800 for the ECU upgrade (new 2003 ECU + calibration). I've been told it is a huge improvement + helps reduce wear on the clutch slightly. Has anyone had this done? Thoughts + any other quotes?

go onto the Club Scuderia site and there is someone there that will get you a strad ecu upgrade for around that

Cheers...Club Scuderia had a couple of chaps Jay/Trev who were pretty clued up about the CS TCU upgrades. Having it done on Monday...woo hoo!

Did you get the CS upgrade from Trev? What is it like?

hi i would def go for this option. i had a 360 modena 2000 year. had reall problems with the cluth etc. had real problems with the f1 gear box. so if that can make it better i would def go for it
