S-Type Lighter Fuse.

I am having a problem with power through the cigarette lighter socket.(IE No Power). I looked in the manual and saw that there are 2 fuses that are related to Cigarette. 1) The micro 20amp fuse and 1) the 40amp box/relay type fuse.
I have replaced the 20 easily but still no power is I am assuming??? That the 40 one is gone. Does anyone know where I can get one online and what the part number is?
