I squeeze my ball a few times and my bladder inflates, yet then quickly deflates.

Is this a known problem? Is it likely to be the bladder itself within the lumbar support or could it just be the valve on the bulb? (or a connection between the two?)

I'm currently feeling like Sly in "Over the top" one hand on the steering wheel, the other constantly exercising... Who wants an arm wrestle?

Tie a knot in it then I guess so about no one else having the problem. I can't remember using mine after the first time.

I think Lotus Elise's have similar lumbar bladders. Maybe a post on the Elise forum might work, they're always breaking . Don't mention the Cerbera though, go

I have a weak bladder also, I don't know how to fix it I'm afraid. So would be interested if you find out.

Fortunetly I don't need to get up in the middle of the night yet.

I had a good laugh when I saw these. They're pumps off a sphigvomanometer (sorry about spelling) (blood pressure cuff). Even had an occasion to rip one off to suppliment my doctors bag once. Ask your GP if he has a spare he can give you.

Yes, I regularly give mine a good pumping. ...but it does tend to deflate quite quickly once I stop the hand action.

My fiancee stays fully charged for much longer in the passenger seat.

I don't like to be stating the B***y obvious here but you do unscrew and then screw up the valve don't you?

Is your's different then, since it's newer model?

Normally you'd squeeze the bulb to inflate then press the button at the top or the bulb to deflate.

Nope, mine has a red screw where your button is. Undo the screw to let the air out, close the screw and pump to inflate. Much more positive.

We used to use the button ones in the practice ten years ago, cheap and chearful but didn't hold the pressure. I guess thats the problem.

don't suppose you have any screwy ones lying about, or can point me in the direction of where to buy one?

Got to be worth a try rather than just leaving it or ripping open the seat.

Isn't it the inflator as used in a number of Fords ? Looks the same, and I'm sure I've read it is the same as the one on the Transit. So...Ford Dealership ???

Ta very much, let me know if you find anything.

It looks even better in the flesh
Obviously I'm too masculine to buy cars on the strength of their colour, as evidenced by my banana yellow mx5 ...

... but the Cerb is a very nice colour
