Terrible film, really a disappointment as Speed was a good film.

I enjoyed the awfulness of it, and then marvel at how huge the budget must have been for that ending

The first one is far superior though.

Not that high I'd imagine, didn't look terribly convincing... even for the mid 90's.

Utter utter utter trash movie! Probably my all-time most hated movie.

One of those movies that the makers assume the audience are cretins and will believe any sort of pitifully weak 'plot' that they choose to unfold on them.

it makes steven seagull's films look awesome, the on a ragga tip sound track at least brings out the commedy side of this crap!
