BMW Sunningdale - recommendation
Discussion
Hi all,
Whilst everyone is quick to complain about bad service, I just wanted to comment on some excellent service I had from BMW Sunningdale recently (after my local dealer in Old Windsor shut down).
I took my car in for a SMART repair on the bumper and two new rear tyres and found them to be very efficient, courteous and reasonably priced (after comparing to some other local BMW dealers).
As I have found BMW customer service to be very variable by garage, I would thoroughly recommend Sunningdale based on my experience and will certainly be calling them when my Inspection 1 comes round.

I bought my AUC 123d through them and travelled from Aberdeen to collect it. The service was really good, I wanted a few options retro-fitted which was arranged with no hassle. The sales guy went out his way to help, ensuring everything was ready on the day of collection as he appreciated I was keen to get back up the road. I was only there for 20 minutes or so.

You would be better off posting the names of the blokes. You are never going to only get good service from a dealer, there are always some that fk it up for the rest.
Why? It's down to the dealership if I have an issue with their staff. If they resolve it properly, no probem, if they don't I won't recommend them.babelfish said:

I was actually suggesting name the people that did a good job Not the other way round..
ah, ok, see misunderstanding, your original post was straight after mine putting dealership down so assumed you meant name the bad guys. However, if you mean name the good sales guys, totally agree. Wish I could do that ;-)
