Our new office must be haunted

Three of us in the office today.
Went to the loo and found the door locked. Except the other 2 staff were sitting at their desks. Eventually I get a screwdriver and unlock the door from my side - there's nobody in there and the windows are both locked (and too high and small for someone to use).
The lock was fairly stiff, and I turned it through a full 90 degrees to unlock it. After playing with it for several minutes, I simply cannot think of any way it could have accidentally locked itself, nor did either of the other two lock it from the outside. Definitely not a practical joke.
How very freaking odd.
