I have a media PC running MediaPortal, and am considering getting a Freesat card to sit alongside my Freeview ones. Is it worth getting, or is the HD content not really there yet?

Not really much being broadcast at the moment. Should pick up later this year, iirc.

If you don't have Sky or a cable platform supporting HD now or an intention of doing so in the future, absolutely.
