Heating an office

At work we have 2 offices, not very large 15mx5m each maybe?

We have 2 gas fired boilers heating these 2 offices via a central heating system, there are usually three people in the offices.

What I am wondering is, would it be cheaper to just turn the central heating off and use electric heaters in the two offices to maybe save the gas bill?

Thing is the boiler is heating about four other rooms that aren't actually used, hence the scope for saving.

Just turn off the radiators in those rooms then. Or am I missing something?

Turn the Rads off in the empty rooms?

oil filled electric heaters?

I use them in my office, and they work really well. They don't use much electricity and keep a nice background heat.
