Fireplace help

[The jiffle king]

We've just had our fireplace swept and laid with new tiles and ensured that all is ok to light a fire in it....

Question is... What we do we need?

I think we need a grate which will push heat back into the room.. Any suggestions of a good one?

We obviously need a fireguard. (not a chocolate one!)

How do we go about lighting the fire, what are the best methods?
