I keep getting really cold, and I don't mean standing outside! Coming home from work I had my heater on and it was showing 40deg in the car with a shirt, jumper and a coat done up and I was just about warm enough. Sitting in the house I have a jumper on, heating on full blast yet my hands and feet are freezing. No idea what is up! Also I've been getting really fatigued recently.

Of course, I should go to the doctor, but anyone have any clues? I eat a balanced diet and take vitamin supplements so I shouldn't be defficient in anything. I also don't feel sick, have a headache or cold like symptoms.

This has been going on for a good 2-3 weeks.

Yes, get your self to the doctors asap, as this could be anything and would be best checked out as soon as you can!

Possibly just poor circulation, do you exercise regularly?

It has been unusually cold over longer than usual lately, many central heating systems struggle in these conditions especially if your house isn;t well insulated, try running up and down the stairs with some weights a few times.

Try changing to centigrade.

Seriously tho' are you eating well and keeping the home fires burning, so to speak. You should try a doc.

But that would just make it much colder. Media golden rule, cold is colder in Celsius, heat is hotter in Fahrenheit.

Thanks guys. I'll take a trip to the doctors if it continues on much longer. I do exercise and I'm eating fine, just find it hard to keep warm at the moment being indoors. I've read that it could be a thyroid problem.

This is probably the problem. At work im fine walking around in a cotton shirt. At home with the heating on I can't get the house warm and wear a couple of layers. Colleage at work said the same thing, (at home) rads too hot to touch but still cold
