Can anyone help me with a company that would supply front number plates that fit the monaro. I have the standard ones just now but I need one that is 15 inches by 4.5inches to fit properly. Would be grateful for any info. Thanks

I get mine from fancyplates too. Order their 3/4 size plate (390mm x 84mm), and you should find that fits the width of the raised section on the Monaro front bumber exactly. The first one I ordered some time ago came with a font size that is a little smaller than the Motorbike or Import allowed size, and I've since requested a new plate with slightly larger font if it'll fit. Should be with me tomorrow so I'll see what they've done.

Here are some pics

This is the size on the car:

Matches the mount almost exactly:

The first plate they sent had slightly smaller, thicker font, so this is old (bottom) with new (top) one just ordered, for correct import font size:

Ordered a new rear with a small addition too:

And some black show/picture plates which look awesome on!:

If you have a 6 x 2 number plate don't complain if it can't be identified by the police number plate recognition system should your car be stolen. If some chav with a similar size plate crashes into your pride and joy, then makes off and even you can't make out the plate, well thats OK then?.....
