Led Zeppelin "Burn Like A Candle" Where?

Found out that there was a bootleg recording of Led Zep's 1972 LA Forum concert (officially released by Jimmy Page as How The West Was Won) which made it onto CD entitled "Burn Like A Candle". Any ideas where I could get it from?
