Help pls?

The mother in law is having trouble switching between inputs on her Panasonic TV via the remote (or at all in fact) and I am 100 miles away from her. She wants to watch some digital photos being played back through the TV and cant switch between AV1 (Sky) and AV2/3/4 etc.

I think (from talking to her) she has plugged the leads etc in correctly but cant switch between inputs. She cant find the 'normal/standard' button for switching between inputs on the remote but there appears to be a way of doing it via the Red/Green/yellow/blue buttons?

Any ideas or anyone know where there is the info online? I have had a quick look and found some online help desk but no reply as of yet.

Thanks in advance

The Panasonic website should have a downloadable manual for the model of television she has under the support section.

Got a button marked 'AV'? That cycles through inputs on my Panasonic (there's also an AV button under the front flap on the TV). Don't know about using red/green/etc. to do it though.

On my Panny there is an TV/AV button which displays the 4 AV inputs in red, yellow, green, blue corresponding to the coloured buttons on the remote. You have to press TV/AV first.

Same on mine, press the TV/AV button, then navigate with the coloured buttons, if there are a lot of inputs, one of them will go the next set of inputs.

Also if she has a memory slot on her TV, then you access the memory card photos via the 'menu' button her remote.
