I'd say thats cheap, all things considered.

We've just done a 3 bed in Henley, nice location but still, a 3 Bed.

Valued in the current market at £1.3m

What they don't mention is that it overlooks the railway line. And the station, which is a handy few inches away.
The exterior shot looks like it was taken from the platform.
