All Brosnan's Bond movies are pretty weak - he just wasn't right for the role. Too smug IMO.

Smug what compared with Roger Moore? Goldeneye is the best PB Bond film though!

Roger Moore could pull it off without just coming across as a tosser in a DJ. I always thought Brosnan was trying to be all Bonds to everyone instead of being his own - he couldn't pull of the cheesy one-liners without it feeling like he was your embarrassing uncle trying to chat up a 17 year old! hehe

It's not a proper Bond film - he doesn't drive an Aston.
