Hanging doors?

Sorry, another thread from me im afraid!

From those that have done this before.... what is the best way of getting the doors fitted to an M?

I have the doors and windows sepperate at the moment.

I was planning to hang the doors, then fit the windows... But fitting the doors by them selves is prooving to be a nightmare...

What is the "standard" method for doing this?

Help much appreciated.
