Need to replace the standard head unit in my daily driver as there is no way of using an ipod (apart from crappy fm things).Need a head unit with aux in basically.

Dont really want to spend more than $150 if I can help it, and that needs to include a fascia adapter and steering wheel control wiring.

Ive had a google around and not seen anyone looking particularly cheap or reliable.

Do I :really: have to go to Halfrauds ?

TIA.

www.caraudiodirect.co.uk

Not ~always~ the cheapest but the best.

They also host talkaudio forum where you may pick up a bargin in the classifieds. (And rather less chance of it being nicked than on ebay, IMHO....)

Just to update this -

Found this Local supplier

Couldnt have been more attentive or helpfull.

Today I have had one of these fitted.

All being controlled via the steering wheel controls.

Very happy, got the gear I needed, at a very good price, with free fitting too.

Nice to find a proper company these days.
