Changing the rules of the competition ?

I bought a ticket to win a house some while ago after reading the thread about that house/farm/fishery that was up for grabs.

The competition was this one -

They've now fallen into the same trap and have changed the rules and made it into a 'spot the ball' and tie breaker competition. They have asked people to enter again.

Question is now that they've changed the rules after I have entered and paid can I simply request that my money is returned ?
