Thought Id repost this in to save soiling the other thread.

US Spec Monaro with 438 engine.

He must have big drag radial on to achieve that, bloody impressive though. Imagine how fast he would have gone with a blower fitted!

Some people dont need prosthetic devices smile
I think potential for 10's is good enough for me. Hell Ill take an 11.x even.

We dont really know what car, or type of GTO it is...or if its on gas.

Or what tyres used..or trap speeds.


It's still pretty fast all the same. But without some real info....it could be some obscure lightweight race car called a GTO ?

Resleeved block from RED.. hmm.. Very interesting..

"438 ci ( L92 block resleeved, from Steve @ Race Engine Development, Wiseco Coated pistons, Eagle rods w/arp2000 bolts, callies magnum crankshaft, arp main studs, arp head studs)
fully ported ls7 heads (flowed 389 cfm on int, 275 on ext with pipe)
ported ls7 intake (flowed 361cfm through the manifold attached to the heads)
242-248 114+3 cam comp custom grind, xfi intake lobe, xer exhaust lobe
kooks 17/8 long tubes, no cats
custom stainless dual 3 in exhaust, done by richard @ magnaflow
Custom CMS over the radiator intake, (prototype)
fully built level 4 RPM transmission
textralia Exo skel Twin Disc clutch
stock 06 differential, 10k miles, dealer warrantied , no hum or whine
Airbags in the rear springs
has 19x8.5 wheels up front, 19x9.5 out back, matte black with polished lip (looks real nice) fenders are rolled, no rubbing at all.

Im sure it would shred belts, melt pistons, overheat and generally be horrible
