Anyone had any dealings with this company ?

Pleasure Mr M, I think the classic black suits the sub a treat
. I understood the blue face was available in bi-metal config. only (could be wrong). Considered an LV? www.watches.co.uk seem to also get good reviews, so worth a try (Soovy has experience with this outfit).
Yep, the blue is only available on the bi-metal, which is what I want
Been trying to decide on a watch for ages, narrowed it down to a bi-metal Sub, just can't decide on the black or blue now.
eta, what sort of warranty did you get from Blowers Cpt ?

Well spank me with a wet kipper !!
I went out today to see if I could compare the black / blue face and bezel bi-metal sub, before contacting one of the afore mentioned 'pre-owned' 'unused' dealers.
Sat in my local Watches of Switzerland for about 45 minutes, decided on the blue, asked for their best deal (as you do) and they weren't that generous as I'd expected, deal was a bit less that retail but not significantly. The blue Sub they had was sold and they said they could get another within 7 - 10 days possibly. No where near the un-used pre-owned prices from internet dealers. (understandably) Not a problem, I wasn't expecting them to get near really.
Walking back to the NCP, happened to come across Crouch the Goldsmith (saw the Rolex sign outside and was surprised as the other local Crouch's told me they weren't Rolex AD's and tried to sell me a Breitling), so I thought 'what's to lose', checked the window and there it was. Bi-Metal blue face/bezel Sub-date marked up at £5730 (as is every other retail bi metal Sub).
Popped in to have a chat, tried it on, managed to negotiate a serious discount and walked away with a brand new, shiny, credit crunch bargain
at more than 13% discount. Less than I was going to pay for a pre-owned example.
Today was a good day.
Thanks to all for the advice during my search. I was seriously surprised to end up buying a watch from a high street authorised dealer at the price I did.
