If you can get a traders policy at your age expect an insurance company to have more than just the shirt off your back. You are a trader I assume, despite your age?

most trade policies have v large excess and only allow you to drive vehicles not registered to you and at your age may well put an engine size limit on your policy say 2 ltr.

Try Tradex... but if you have a claim and can't demonstrate trading you are in trouble.

1st of all.
since what i wrote in the begininng has no effect on some peoples brain, so im gonna have to write it all again, and i wasn't quite clear of the infomation i require...

I'm 20 years old, and just got my drivers license last month, i have a thing for e30 bimmas, and would love to buy/sell em.
The info that i'm after is that, can i get a traders policy at my age and im looking for a policy with upto £7500 value, or do i have to wait a year, till im 21?, i'm from birmingham and have a few rumours that you can get traders as early as your 18, but come on, they're rumours, some time people chat it abit?.

p.s., i been on tradex, they min age is 25

I reckon you'll be able to buy plenty of them very cheaply but doubt you'll sell many on or make any money on them.
